The Marvelous City
Rio de Janeiro is an endless parade of attractions, driven by its principal asset, the cariocas, as the residents of Rio are known. From the top of Corcovado mountain , where the Statue of Christ gives his open-arms blessing to the city, we see the sea, the mountains, the forest and the Lake.... a truly incomparable setting. Nature's bounty is everywhere, in the city that is home to the world's largest urban forest. One of the richest stretches of Atlantic Coastline is trimmed with famous beaches, such as Copacabana and Ipanema, peopled by sun worshippers. Rio de Janeiro's history is told in song, in theatre, in the arts and culture of a people who revel in the sea, in fashion and in their contagious happiness.  This happiness finds its greatest public expression during the joyous outpourings of Carnival, four days of happy madness, and Reveillon (as New Year's Eve is known), one of the world truly unique parties, which congregates two and a half people on the Copacabana Sands. This is Rio, where everyone, from near or far, feels at home in this contagiously effervescent environment. It is the perfect place for an Incentive program, because it offers everything one could ask for in a prize. Rio is unique. Unforgettable. Incomparable.
1st Day
Arrival in Rio de Janeiro at Tom Jobim International Airport. The group will be welcomed by our guides outside the luggage area. We can make the transfer for the hotel in three different ways
- Option 1
A glass off Champagne will be served by a local girl who will be hidden in the bus toilet and will pop out after bus leaves the airport.
- Option 2
After the bus leaves the airport and close, 2 buggies with 2 couples in each will pull up alongside, carrying flags with the company name and logo, to welcome the group.
- Option 3
Buses will leave the airport and close to the hotel, the drivers will pretend to be lost. The bus will stop in front of a typical beach bar to ask how to get to the hotel. While the buses are stopped, the guide will invite the clients to get out of the bus to stretch their legs. All of a sudden, a group of Samba players and dancers will appear  to welcome the group, with a banner. Than on the hotel, which is very close by.

Welcome buffet lunch at hotel. Late afternoon, depart hotel to one of the best highlights of the entire trip: a sunset cocktail on Sugar Loaf Mountain. Ascend by cable car to the top of Urca Hill and enjoy a cocktail party while watching the city lights come on and the sun going down in a tropical sunset behind the mountains. After the cocktail party, descend Sugar Loaf and board buses for a quick ride to a restaurant located at the water's edge, overlooking Guanabara's Bay, facing Sugar Loaf mountain. After dinner, return to hotel and overnight.

2nd Day
Breakfast at hotel. This morning, we will start driving along the famous beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema and Flamengo Park, towards downtown area to visit historical and business districts of Rio de Janeiro. After that we will stop for lunch in one of the best barbecue houses in Rio de Janeiro. After lunch, the group will proceed to Corcovado Mountain. A must on every itinerary, this tour features one  of the true wonders of the world, the 120-feet statue of Christ the Redeemer, atop the corcovado mountain. We'll drive through the Laranjeiras residential district and quaint Cosme Velho to the Corcovado Train Station, where guests will board the cogwheel train for a 15-minute ride up the mountain to marvel at the sculptured features and outstretched arms spreading above the spectacular panorama of Rio de Janeiro: the beaches, Guanabara Bay, bridges and buildings - fanning out in a magnificent 360-degree panoramic view. While enjoying this marvelous view, there will be a small plane flying around Corcovado mountain with a welcome banner for the group. Dinner at hotel or at a local deluxe restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
3rd Day
After breakfast, embark on a tour that has been acclaimed as one of the most charming attractions in the entire Rio area. Drive for an hour an a half through numerous fields, banana plantations and villages along the way to the small fishing village of Itacurussa. Nature there has outdone herself and dotted the bay with over 300 islands. Embark on a "Saveiro" (typical schooner from the Northeast of Brazil) for a leisure cruise in the calm waters of Sepetiba bay. Stop for a swim a at a deserted Island, then continue to a private Island to enjoy a buffet lunch served in a tranquil and rustic atmosphere. After the meal, guests will be free to explore the island's charm by strolling along the beach, swimming or just working on their Rio tan. Special features can be arranged  to further enhance the day:
- A treasure hunt with maps
- Beach Olympic Games
- Various Water Sports
- Snorkeling
- Water Skying
- Samba lesson with samba trios and mulato girls

The return cruising to Itacurussa is refreshing and allows guests to appreciate the view of the bay and mountains at sunset. Return to hotel and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Besides the many options of sports activities and games, we can also suggest other options for the group's entertainment:
- Option 1: Pirate Atack
This consists of having another schooner, which will leave from another pier, intercepting the group's schooner. They will set off fireworks while approaching, conveying the idea of a bombing, like in the old times. From the other schooner, a group of samba dancers and samba players will disembark making a lot of noise, all dressed in pirate costumes.
Option 2:
There will be some floats in the water where the schooner stops for swimming. Before stopping, we will tell the group that the floats are there in order to catch some fish for lunch and they are invited to take them from the water. When they pull the floats from the water, instead of fish there will be many bottes of champagne or wine, linked like fish. In the water there will be people who will help the group take the bottles out of the water and then open them and offer a toast to the group.
4th day
After breakfast, the group will start a tour that is a journey into Brazil's past, into Imperial Times. Just one hour from Rio, the City of Petropolis was where Dom Pedro II had his 19th Century summer residence, which is known today as the Imperial Museum. Settled by German and Swiss colonials, this mountain resort is a charming escape during Rio's hot summer. In Petropolis, we will be able to visit places such as:
- The Imperial Museum (closed on Mondays)
- The Santos Dumont House
- The Crystal Palace
- Quitandinha

Lunch will be served at Quitandinha. Return trip to hotel and overnight.

5th Day
Breakfast at hotel. Depart early morning in open jeeps to visit Tijuca Forest, the largest urban forest in the world. Our guides will explain all about the flora and fauna of the area. An "unexpected" choir of young kids will perform, for 15 minutes, some Brazilian and international songs inside the forest.  Each client will receive a rose from the kids with wishes for peace in the world. After this morning tour, lunch at a pre-selected deluxe restaurant or at the hotel. After lunch, the group can spend the rest of the afternoon on a shopping tour, including a visit to H. Stern jewelry factory. At night, a farewell dinner at a private mansion (there are options for 30 to 350 clients) available exclusively for closed groups events.  A Samba show, including 45 Samba performers and the winning costumes from previous Carnivals. A six-piece band performing bossa nova and greatest hits will perform after the Samba show and during the dinner. Balloons, confetti and stramers will be provided for participants. Arrangements for make up and costumes for each client will be available. Return to hotel and overnight.
6th day
Breakfast at hotel. Entire day at leisure until departure time. After check out formalities, the group will be transferred from hotel to Tom Jobim International Airport. The group will be assisted until they reach the embarkation area. End of the sevices.
